This Privacy Policy explains how the Warden Discord bot and web app (“the Service”), operated by skywin, handle personal data.
Controller

Data we store
- Discord user ID and display name (OAuth scope
identify) - Discord servers you share with the bot (OAuth scope
guilds), used for the server picker - Per-server DM notification preference and consent timestamp
- Per-server creature completion checklist
- Session cookie (signed, HttpOnly) for the web app
- Bot operational data in servers where it is installed (announce channel/role, announcements, RSVPs, leaderboard counts)
We do not sell personal data.

- Consent: Discord DM notifications
Your rights
- Access / export and erasure via the Warden web app
- Withdraw DM consent anytime (per server)
Retention
Account data is kept while you use the Service and until you delete your account. Server config remains while the bot is installed.
Sharing
Data is processed on our hosting providers to run the Service. Discord receives interactions you make in Discord.
